Quote includes the "prices may vary at selections" disclaimer. Contract is a draft — verify clauses with your attorney before signing. Other docs (Selections Signoff, Upgrade Addendum, Trade POs) live in Step 6 (Export).
Schedule Selections Meeting
A 2–3 hour walkthrough with Kaeli to lock every finish. Required before construction starts.

Save & Reopen This Project
Saves every field, package selection, and photo from Steps 1–6 into this client's Google Drive folder — the same place their photos live. Reopen it anytime to pick up exactly where you left off.
After printing the Quote or Contract as a PDF (via the Print button in those windows), use "Upload Signed PDF to Drive" to file it in this client's folder.
Selections
Complete all selections before the construction slot is confirmed. Every field must be locked before start date.
Selection deadline reminder
Cabinets must be ordered 21 days before start. Flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and doors must be ordered 14 days before start. Countertop template is Day 8–10 of construction.
